The original site of Holy Innocents was located in what is now downtown Atlanta . When the parish moved to the suburbs in 1954, the first building on the current site was the original Church. Therefore the present facilities of the parish are relatively new. As the parish grew the need for more space overflowed. Holy Innocents' Episcopal School developed and has expanded to almost 35 acres. The Church and its administrative offices are located in the Parish Hall.
Our current facilities other than the Nave and Parish Hall will be rebuilt starting Summer 2011. Plans for our new buildings can be found here. We anticipate that construction will be complete by late Summer 2013.
