Holy Smokes! The Diocese of Atlanta will be selling BBQ at HIEC just in time for the SuperBowl! Profits go to the Church of the Common Ground!

The deacons of the Diocese are working together to raise $5,000 for Church of the Common Ground, a worshiping community of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta for the homeless.  By buying pre-cooked pork butts, you can ease your work-load for your Super Bowl party and support Church of the Common Ground. 

Don’t eat BBQ? Buy BBQ to be donated to Holy Comforter or Emmaus House instead.  (The meat will be donated; the money raised will go to Common Ground.) *Ensure you indicate donation on the order form.

Not having a Super Bowl party? The BBQ freezes extremely well, so buy now, feel good about your donation, and have food in the freezer for your next gathering.

A purchase of $40 ($20 goes towards COCG) will provide enough melt-in-your-mouth, southern-style BBQ, to feed about 12 – 15 people. The meat will be slow smoked over pecan and hickory wood, packed and ready to transport.
