Care Connection

Care Connection is a support group for individuals caring for (near or far) a medically fragile person and for those who want to know how to help a person who is caring for another. This is a fluid group and new members are always welcome. Care Connection meets the second Wednesday of the month from 12 noon to 1:15pm. Participants bring a sack lunch.
