How Do I Become a Member?
We encourage persons who want to become a member of Holy Innocents' to sit down with a priest or staff member to reflect on how best to enter into this fellowship. During this meeting, we will review your spiritual history and see how Holy Innocents' might serve you in your continuing pilgrimage of faith, as well as explore how you might be able to serve in some ministry of the church. Sometimes, people need a break from the busyness that can surround a church's life. At other times, people are spiritually hungry for Bible study, learning about prayer, or the tradition of the church. At certain points in one's life, there is a strong need to find a place for service.

Holy Innocent's offers a full range of options to address your needs. Brochures are available describing the variety of educational and service opportunities; however the best way to discover your place at Holy Innocents' is in a personal conversation with a staff member. We want to assist you in finding your way into a strong connection with this community, which means we must begin where YOU are. We encourage you to set up an appointment with a staff member or indicate with the visitor's card, that you'd like a response from a priest.

We also have newcomer gatherings that take place throughout the year. Let the church office know of your desire to attend one of these meetings.

A part of the mission of this parish is to serve your spiritual needs. Let us know how we might assist you in this work of the soul. We welcome you to join us in our common journey of faith.

Newcomers Committee and Activities
The Newcomers committee sponsors activities to welcome visitors and new members to the parish and make them feel at home.

Elizabeth Rasmus, 404-814-2400- Greeters

Greeters are at the visitors table, Rainbow Lobby and Parish Hall each Sunday before and after services. They can answer questions and help you find your way. If you would like to become a Greeter, please contact Elizabeth.

Lisa Shunnarah, 404-256-1784- Newcomer and new member luncheons

Newcomer Luncheons
These gatherings are scheduled at intervals during the year. They are announced in advance of the special event. Our goal is to make them a mostly social occasion with an emphasis on helping new members meet one another as well as a cross-section of the parish. This is also a great opportunity for new members to meet the clergy in a more relaxed setting.

Debbie Vaky, 678-560-8616- Hospitality Guild

We are starting a new Hospitality Guild which will consist of families hosting the new Coffee Time!  Coffee in The Rainbow Lobby will be offered after the services, as well as, coffee in front of Parish Hall.  If you are interested in helping serve some Sunday, we would love to have you!  Please contact Debbie.
