Members of this committee cook and serve a meal for a week, two times a year for the family shelter next to St. Bartholomew’s Church on LaVista Road. Nicholas House provides homeless families a place to live while making the transition to self-sufficiency. Its goal is to provide assistance in helping parents with children establish independence. Approximately 40 volunteers are needed to rotate duties for the week in May and the week in October. For further information or to volunteer contact Billy Boyd.
